I would like to thank all members of Wny Racing, Kim King Nye and all of Ron's Family, It was with extreme honor tonight that I received the Ron
Nye Award. I try to give back to all of my fellow MX racers with guidance and support just like Ron did with me over the years!

Award.... To the person who acts as ambassador to the sport of motocross this person exhibits that Dedication, Commitment and a Positive
Attitude, continuously supporting and encouraging fellow riders of all levels!

It was an honor to receive this award dedicated to someone who is missed so much, and brought so much to the sport of motocross in WNY.
Ron taught me how to change tires, I learned how to split engines, in 1988 i bought Alan King's factory race bike KX 250 through him. And in 1990
when my son was born followed him home at almost 100 miles an hour bumper-to-bumper ... box van to box van. From Steel City So he could go
home and see his family and I could go home and see my new son!

RIP MY FRIEND RON NYE!
